ALUMINIUM PIGMENTS are used in a wide range of applications from general coatings, printing inks to colouring plastic masterbatches and manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete.  The process itself is simply melting Aluminium bars and then atomized to form granules; the raw material for flakes. The coarse granules are then ground to form flakes of metallic effect pigment.  It is in the flake form that the desired opacity and gloss is obtained. 

GOLD BRONZE PIGMENTS Gold Bronze pigments are pigment flakes like aluminium pigment made from an alloy of Copper & Zinc (Brass). But their density is about three times higher.  The final colour is dependent on the Copper -Zinc ratio: from reddish to greenish yellow.  It is also available in pale gold, rich pale gold, rich gold, copper gold and other special shades such as deep gold, fire red and emerald green. The process of manufacturing Gold Bronze pigments is similar to Aluminium pigments.  The metal is atomized to form granules, which in turn is milled to form gold bronze flakes. The flakes can then be used in almost all solvents and binders.
